For weekends and popular dates, we recommend booking 2-3 weeks in advance. However, we can often accommodate last-minute requests with 48-72 hours notice, depending on availability. For large events (50+ guests), we recommend booking 1-2 months ahead.

Yes! We offer tasting sessions for our catering clients. Private chef clients can add a tasting for $75. Wedding clients receive a complimentary 3-course tasting session. Tastings typically last 1-2 hours and include sampling of your chosen menu items.

All of our menus are fully customizable to accommodate dietary restrictions including gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan, and allergy-specific needs. We'll work with you to create delicious alternatives that everyone can enjoy. Please let us know about any allergies when booking.

We serve the greater Kentucky area, including Russellville, Louisville, Lexington, Bowling Green, and surrounding communities. For events outside our standard service area, additional travel fees may apply. We're happy to discuss service to other locations on a case-by-case basis.

Yes, we provide all necessary equipment, staffing, and service for our catering packages. This includes tables, chairs, linens, china, glassware, and professional servers. For private chef services, we bring all cooking equipment and ingredients, but use your existing kitchen setup.

We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. A 50% deposit is required to book your event, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your event date. We also offer payment plans for larger events - just ask us about options.
